What should you eat to get more energy?


It's not as simple as eating so-called “healthy” foods and avoiding the “unhealthy” foods. And there is no such thing as a magic 'superfood'. It's different for every person.


If you want to regain your energy and overcome fatigue, the first step is identifying exactly which foods make you tired.


You need to move beyond diets and nutrition plans. I'll show you how to figure out exactly what to eat to get more energy and which foods make you tired.
