- Pizza
- Salad dressing (sometimes contains wheat – check ingredients)
- Scones
- Seasoning Mixes (some contain flour/wheat – check ingredients)
- Snack bars (often contain flour – check ingredients)
- Soup (made with flour – check ingredients)
- Soy sauce (contains wheat)
Sugar:
- Agave syrup/nectar
- Brown rice syrup
- Brown Sugar
- Caramel
- Coconut sugar/nectar
- Corn syrup (also high fructose corn syrup)
- Date sugar
- Evaporated cane juice
- Maple syrup
- Molasses
- Palm sugar
- Rapadura sugar
- Sorghum syrup
- Turbinado sugar
- White sugar
- Yacon syrup
- Honey
Artificial Sweeteners:
- Aspartame (Equal/Nutrasweet)
