Purchase or borrow a glucometer and test strips.
In order to identify which foods are causing your fatigue, you’re going to need to track your blood sugar. You can purchase a glucometer at any pharmacy in town without a prescription. It does not matter what brand you purchase.

Save your username and password.
You created this when you registered for the course. If you forget either your username or password, simply go to the login page and use the reset password link or email hello@flourishclinic.com

Set a schedule for yourself.
This course is dripped out to you in weekly bites. Each week a new module/task will be sent to your email inbox. You’ll find this course much easier if you schedule time for it into your calendar as an appointment.

Set your vision and goals for the course.
This is the most important part of the course. It is what will keep you going when you feel like stopping. In the first module of this course, I walk you through how to do this.

As you read the materials and complete worksheets and assignments, please make note of questions that come up so you can submit them to me via email.
