This course empowers you with the foundational knowledge needed to overcome fatigue.
I’ve divided it into three different modules. Parts of each module will be emailed to you on a weekly basis. I recommend working on each piece as it arrives in your inbox. Each module builds on the previous one; so, doing them in order is of utmost importance.
The three modules are:
- Module 1: How fatigued are you?
- Module 2: Blood sugar & Fatigue
- Module 3: Food & Fatigue
Module 1: How fatigued are you?
In Module 1 you’ll take inventory of how fatigue impacts your life. You’ll go through a series of worksheets to help establish a baseline level of how fatigued you are. This baseline level will be used to gauge your improvement after the course.
In Module 1 you’ll also learn:
- Just how fatigued you are.
- What makes your fatigue better and/or worse.
- How fatigue is impacting your life.
- What days/times you’re most fatigued.
Module 2: Blood sugar & Fatigue
In Module 2, you’ll learn just how the food you are eating is affecting your energy levels. You’ll gain clarity on the times of day in which you should be eating as well as the quantity and ratio of foods you need to consume for optimal energy levels.
In Module 2 you’ll also discover:
- If you are at risk of developing diabetes.
- If you have low blood sugar.
- How your blood sugar affects your energy levels.
Module 3: Food & Fatigue
The foods that cause fatigue in your body are different than the foods that cause fatigue in my body. Each of you is genetically unique. Therefore, the foods that increase or decrease your energy levels are unique to you. Module 3 is all about uncovering exactly which foods contribute to your fatigue.
In Module 3, you’ll also discover:
- What foods make you tired.
- Foods that give you energy.
- The foods you need to avoid to overcome fatigue.
