If I had made this product a year ago, I’d have started it off by talking about the millions of people affected by fatigue, the economical cost fatigue has on the healthcare system, and how if past history is any indication, fatigue is only going to continue increasing at an exponential rate.

My hope would be that these statistics scared you into action. But that never seemed to work. Not even a little bit. Fear is a terrible motivator.

Do you know what is an incredible motivator?

Purpose.

Crafting a strong sense of purpose is a lifetime worth of work. It’s well beyond the context of this course. With that said, it’s important for you to take a moment before beginning to find the purpose behind you taking this course and making these lifestyle changes.

Ask yourself:

Why are you taking this course?

Obviously, your immediate answer is to overcome fatigue, yet I believe your motivation to be far greater. Overcoming fatigue is mildly motivating. Mildly. I believe there is far more behind that statement that underlies your true motivation.

What will you be able to do with more energy that you cannot do now?
How will your life change if you had lots of energy?

If you understand “why” you’re taking this course, you’re far more likely to engage in positive behavior changes. And that’s how you’re going to start overcoming fatigue.

To help you gain clarity around what it will look like for you to be on the other side of fatigue, I’ve created a 20-minute meditation.
