There is no lab test for fatigue. And because of this, fatigue is poorly managed by conventional medicine. You need more than to be told to exercise and take an antidepressant. This is not a solution and besides, it rarely works.
You need to understand where your fatigue comes from and the steps you can take to alleviate it. In this module, you will take inventory to get an objective reading of just how tired/fatigued you are on an average day. This will serve as your baseline reading. After changing your diet, you’ll take the test again to see where and how your energy has changed!
To do this, I’ve compiled a series of three fatigue scales for you to complete. I’ll email each of them out to you. Please go through each of them, one at a time. Try to complete the survey on a “normal” day.
For example, if you typically feel fatigued during the work week and energized over the weekend, complete each questionnaire during the work week. This will better reflect your overall energy levels.
